- Supertree Observatory or OCBC Skyway: Valid for entry between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm
- You can choose any visit date within the validity period mentioned on your ticket/voucher
- Scan the ticket directly at the turnstile for both Conservatories and the Floral Fantasy
- Flower Field Hall will be closed for a private event on 13 September 2024 from 2.00 to 9.00 pm (Last admission 1.30 pm)

- From 29 Nov 2024 to 1 Jan 2025, Borealis will be rescheduled to 9.05 pm – 9.20 pm every Monday, Saturday and Sunday
- From 29 Nov 2024 to 1 Jan 2025, the Garden Rhapsody music and light show times will be 7.45 pm, 8.45 pm and 9.35 pm daily
- From 29 Nov 2024 to 1 Jan 2025, Supertree Grove will be closed to the public from 5.30 pm to 11.00 pm daily for Christmas Wonderland
- On 30 November 2024, part of the Flower Field and Flower Field Hall will be closed from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, respectively. The show "Impressions of Monet" will be unavailable during this time

Flower Dome (if selected)
The Flower Dome covers 1.28 hectares, is the largest of the three cooled conservatories, and holds the Guinness World Record for the World's Largest Glass Greenhouse in 2015.
It boasts a rich collection of flora from five continents, featuring an array of exquisite plants and flowers, including thousand-year-old olive trees, magnolias, and orchids.
Floral Fantasy (separate ticket needed)
Amidst your Garden by the Bay visit, be sure to admire the mesmerizing Floral Fantasy, the second indoor conservatory within the gardens.
Step into a fusion of history and fantasy, with four unique zones inspired by fairy tales and the fabled Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
Cloud Forest (if selected)
Gardens by the Bays Cloud Forest, the third conservatory in the complex, provides a mesmerizing atmosphere characterized by misty surroundings and rich plant life.
Centered in the conservatory is the striking Cloud Mountain, reaching 35 meters tall and enveloped in mist.
SuperTree Grove (separate ticket needed)
As you depart from the conservatory, you will likely spot a collection of majestic, otherworldly edifices known as the Supertrees. These upright gardens extend between 25 and 50 meters in height, with a duo of the impressive structures joined by the dramatic arch of the OCBC Skyway.
At twilight, the grove illuminates with the Garden Rhapsody, a display of light and sound.
OCBC Skyway (separate ticket needed)
For an extraordinary vantage point of Singapore and the Supertree Grove below, venture to the OCBC Skywalk, a suspended bridge that provides a panoramic view of the vibrant Supertrees.
