• After the security checkpoint, show your Arc de Triomphe ticket to be scanned at the entrance

The Arc represents a Neoclassical rendition of the ancient Roman triumphal arch style. Towering at 50 meters, the perspective from the pinnacle of the arch is well worth the climb. Every dozen Parisian avenues spread out, giving you a view into the City of Light.

At the top, there is an exhibition where displays and models detail the symbolic importance of the monument. Make sure to visit it after ascending to the top, or before climbing the final few stairs.

Important information

• Elevator is only accessible for wheelchair users. Otherwise, you must climb the 284 steps to the top
• Bags/items exceeding 40cmX40cmX20cm and strollers aren't allowed
