How do I know if my order payment was successful or unsuccessful?

After you've reached the order confirmation page confirming your order after adding your payment details.

(a) If your payment is successful you will receive an email with the receipt of your payment from your order confirmation then once your tickets are processed and ready your tickets will be sent shortly after via email.

(b) If your payment was not successfully processed and the order was not completed you will receive an email informing you that the order has been cancelled.

If your order is successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation but you've not received your tickets contact us to assist further.
