Can I request a name change for an event ticket?

Tickets are generated after a purchase this means the name that was added for the details of the ticket cannot be corrected, changed or swapped. Within each event product you may find that some events ask for a valid ID this requires you to show your name on the ticket being exactly the same as the name on your ID.

However, the event may still accept your ticket if their policy is not strictly governed around correction of names.

NB/ ensure the spelling of the names on the ticket is correct to avoid any issues.
