How do I cancel an event purchased ticket?

If your chosen event is available to be cancelled (for example you chose free cancellation while checking out) you can cancel your event up to 11:59 PM on the day before your visit. "How to cancel?" within your order confirmation email you will find manage booking from that option you will select cancel.

Important any event that you wish to cancel must be able to cancel please check the cancellation policy of that event before you cancel.

NB/ not all events can be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded.
